Title Thesis Implementation of SAW Method In Determining Criteria Sales of Used Motorcycles

Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often also known as weighted summing method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes (Fishburn, 1967) (MacCrimmon, 1968).

Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is chosen because it is a method that selects the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on the criteria determined by ranking to find the highest to lowest score.

In this case the intended alternative is used motorcycles based on predetermined criteria. With the method of ranking is expected to assess will be faster so that will get better results.

Code Writing Program (coding) is the phase of translation of system design that has been made into the form of commands that understand the computer by using programming languages, middleware and certain databases on the platform. The programming language used in making a used motorcycle purchase decision system is Visual Basic .NET with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database.
